Washington Trade International, Inc. is a Washington State based company that has distributed a wide variety of disposable products since 1989. These products are imported mainly from Malaysia, China, Taiwan, Japan, and other Asian countries. The majority of our clients are served throughout the American continent from various strategically located warehouses.

The need for disposable gloves in medical, dental, and emergency service industries continues to rise due to the concerns over Anthrax, AIDS, SARS and other infectious diseases. We are proud to have gained the confidence of professionals in medical and dental markets as a respected provider of latex and nitrile gloves, and many other high quality disposable products. 

Building on the success in the medical and dental industries, Washington Trade International has successfully expanded it's product line to accommodate the increasing demand for disposable safety and sanitary supplies for use across a diverse range of industries and applications.  Other growing market segments for disposable gloves include beauticians, auto mechanics, electronics manufacturers, printers, janitors, tattoo artists, painters, food handlers, and mail handlers. This increasing demand is due to more employers and government agencies taking preventative measures to protect employees in the work place.

A Solid Foundation
Washington Trade International, Inc. originated as the dream of its President and Chief Executive Officer, Tooradj "Tony" Akhavan. Mr. Akhavan is a graduate of the American Graduate School of International Management (also known as Thunderbird). He founded Washington Trade International, Inc.  as a one-man operation, operating from a 90 square foot office. The company's current success is satisfying his lifelong wish to be a commanding player in international trade.
